COMMISSIONERS' COURT CONVENED IN SPECIAL SESSION ON DECEMBER 19th, 1985, at 10:00 A.M
with all members of the Court present, and the Court having duly opened, the following pro-
ceedings were had:
NO. 16415 APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT OF KERR VISTA RANCH, SECTION ONE
On this the 19th day of December 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded.
by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved the PRELIMINARY PLAT OF KERR VISTA
RANCH, SECTION ONE, with no variances, located in Kerr County Commissioner's Precinct No. 4,
and that all improvements that are to be made shall comply with the existing KERB COUNTY
SUBDIVISION "RULES AND REGULATIONS" that became effective January 1st, 1984, and amendments
to the regulations that were approved by the Kerr County Commissioners' Court on April 9th,
1984.

On this the 19th day of December 1985, came on to be considered by the Court the various
claims and accounts against Kerr County and the various Commissioners' Precincts, which

,~ the General, Jury, Road & Bridge, Juvenile Services, Juvenile State Aid and 216th District
!, Probation Funds.

N0. 16420 APPROVAL OF PAYMENT TO SCHUBERT AND WILLIAMS, INC. FOR ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES I
FOR THE NEW COUNTY COURT AT LAW COURTROOM AND OFFICES AND MODIFICATION OF THE
EXISTING TAX ASSESSOR-COLLECTOR'S OFFICE
On this the 19th day of December 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, second-'
ed by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved that the County Auditor and County
Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on the Revenue Sharing Trust Fund (20-610-573),
payable to Schubert and Williams, Inc., in the amount of $4,229.58 ($4061.58 for Architectural;;
Services and $168.00 for reimbursement of mileage), for the new County Court at Law Court-
room and Offices and modification of the existing Tax Assessor-Collector's Offices.

NO. 16421 APPROVAL OF REQUEST OF CONTRACTOR, CLARK & STROL4AN CONSTRUCTION, INC., FOR PAYMENT
NO. 5, FOR CONSTRUCTION OF THE NEW COUNTY COURT AT LAW COURTROOM AND OFFICES AND
DODIFICATION OF THE EXISTING TAX ASSESSOR-COLLECTOR'S OFFICE
On this the 19th day of December 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, second-
ed by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved the request of Contractor, Clark
& Stroman Construction, Inc. for Payment No. 5, for the construction of the New County Court
at Law Courtroom and Offices and Modification of the Existing Tax Assessor-Collector's
Office, in the amount of $8,245.55, as examined by Architects, Schubert and Williams, Inc.,
and recommended to the Court that payment be made.
It is ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and County Auditor be authorized
to draw a voucher on the Revenue Sharing Trust Fund, in the above amount, payable to Clark
and Stroman Construction, Inc.

NO. 16422 RESIGNATION OF CYDNEY J. CLOUD AS SECRETARY TO THE KERR COUNTY JUVENILE PROBATION
OFFICER
On this the 19th day of December 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, second-,
ed by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved that the resignation of CYDNEY
J. CLOUD, Secretary to the Kerr County Juvenile Probation Officer, be ratified and confirmed,'
effective as of December 27th, 1985.

NO. 16423 RESIGNATION OF CAROL HOLLIMON, DEPUTY COUNTY CLERK, EFFECTIVE DECEMBER 26th, 1985
On this the 19th day of December 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved that
the resignation of CAROL HOLLIMON, Deputy County Clerk of Kerr County, Texas, be ratified
and confirmed, effective as of December 26th, 1985.
