with all members of the Court present, and the Court having duly opened, the following pro-

by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved the PRELIMINARY PLAT OF KERR VISTA
I RANCH, SECTION ONE, with no variances, located in Kerr County Commissioner's Precinct No. 4,
', and that all improvements that are to be made shall comply with the existing KERR COUNTY
SUBDIVISION "RULES AND REGULATIONS" that became effective January 1st, 1984, and amendments
to the regulations that were approved by the Kerr County Commissioners' Court on April 9th,
1984.
