NCR Corporation RTC Systems and Titlewave, Inc N0. 16393 BIDS FOR COMPUTER INDEXIPdG SYSTEM REFERRED TO CONSULTANT AND COUNTY AUDITOR FOR STUDY AND RECOMMENDATION On this the 9th day of December 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved that all bids received for the Computer Indexing System for the County Clerk's Office be referred to~the Consultant and the County Auditor for study and recommendation. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 16394 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS On t}iis the 9th day of December 1985, came on to be considered by the Court the various claims and accounts against Kerr County and the various Commissioners' Precincts, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Auditor and Treasurer, payable out of the Genera Jury, Road & Bridge, County Law Library, Juvenile Services, Juvenile State Aid, 216th District Probation, Revenue Sharing Trust, and Kerr County Public Library Funds. N0. 16393 APPROVAL OF REQUEST OF TAX ASSESSOR-COLLECTOR TO TRANSFER AN AMOUNT OF $300.52 LVITH THE KERR COUNTY TREASURER FOR DEPOSIT IN THE GENERAL FUND On this the 9th day of December 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded l! by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved the request of the Tax Assessor- ' Collector Doris Lee Smith for permission to transfer an amount of $300.52 (stale dated checks' over three years old) with the Kerr County Treasurer, for deposit in the General Fund. ', o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 16399 APPROVAL OF FIRST QUARTERLY PAYMENT TO THE KERR CENTRAL APPRAISAL DISTRICT FOR TAX APPRAISAL OFFICE EXPENSES FOR 1986 On this the 9th day of December 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded', by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved the first quarterly payment to the Kerr Central Appraisal District for tax appraisal office expenses for 1986, in the amount of ' $17,166.27.
