N0. 16389 APPROVAL OF ISSUANCE OF ESTOPPEL CERTIFICATE ON BEHALF OF S & S AVIATION, INC. -
RE: LEASE AGREEMENT DATED MAY 28th, 1985, BY AND BETWEEN THE CITY OF KERRVILLE
AND COUNTY OF KERR AND S & S AVIATION, INC.
On this the 21st day of November 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved issuance of an Estoppel Certificate on
behalf of S & S Aviation, Inc., in concurrence with action taken and approved by the City
Council at their regular meeting on November 12th, 1985, (Re: Lease Agreement dated May 28th
1985, by and between the City of Kerrville and County of Kerr and S & S Aviation, Inc.).
It is ordered by the Court that County Judge Gordon S. Morriss be authorized to execute
said certificate on behalf of Kerr County.

N0. 16390 APPROVAL OF PAYMENT TO MODULAR JAIL SYSTEMS, INC. FOR THE 21 BED RENOVATION
PROJECT AND CONSTRUCTION OF A MAXIMUM SECURITY CELL OUT OF AN EXISTING CELL,
IN THE KERR COUNTY CORRECTION/DETENTION FACILITY
On this the 21st day of November 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, second-
ed by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved payment to MODULAR JAIL SYSTEMS, INC.
for the 21 bed renovation project and construction of a maximum security cell out of an
existing cell, in the Kerr County Correction/Detention Facility, in the total amount of
$197,500.00, listed as follows;
21 bcd renovation project - as per Commissioners' Court Order No. 16165 and
agreement, dated July 8th, 1985, in the amount of $195,000.00,
and
Construction of a maximum security cell out of an existing cell, as per
Commissioners' Court Order No. 15985, dated March 12th, 1985, in the
amount of $2,500.00.
It is ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and County Auditor be authorized
to draw a voucher in the amount of $180,000.00 out of the Permanent Improvement Fund and a
voucher in the amount of $17,500.00 out of the Revenue Sharing Trust Fund, for the above
projects, payable to Modular Jail Systems, Inc.

NO. 16391 APPROVAL OF EMPLOYMENT OF WINSTON "JOEY" JOEL ROBISON AS A JAILER/DISPATCHER
On this the 21st day of November 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, second-
ed by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved the employment of WINSTON "JOEY"
JOEL ROBISON as a Jailer/Dispatcher, effective as of November 22nd, 1985, and that his salary
be fixed at $12,978.00 per annum ($1081.50 monthly - $540.75 semi-monthly), payable out of
the General Fund.

N0. 16392 APPROVAL OF PAYMENT TO DON McCLURE FOR SERVICES AS INTERIM BAILIFF FOR THE COUNTY

On this the 21st day of November 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, second-
ed by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved payment to Don McClure for services
as interim bailiff for the County Court at Law, for 9 days at $30.00 per day, payable out of
the Jury Fund, Code No. 11-427-493, in the total amount of $270.00.
