claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Auditor and Treasurer, payable out of
General, Jury, Road and Bridge and 216th District Probation Funds.
Motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Guthrie and unanimously '
approved by the Court that said bills be paid.

Fund, leaving a balance for Highway 39 Extension, be rescinded in its entirety. '

On this the 21st day of November 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, second-~'
ed by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved the REPEAT OF LOTS 20 and 21 OF
KAMIRA SUBEIVISION, with no variances, located in Kerr County Commissioner's Precinct No.
One, and that all improvements that are to be made shall comply with the existing KERR COUNTY`
SUBDIVISION "RULES AND REGULATIONS" that became effective January 1st, 1984 and amendments
to the regulations that were approved by the Kerr County Commissioners' Court on April 9th,
1984

NOVEMBER 15th, 1985
On this the 21st day of November 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded
by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved the salary of the Official Court
Reporter for the 216th Judicial District, Zann L. Zimmerman, at $21,250.00 per annum (Kerr
County's portion being $10,200.00 per annum), commencing November 15th, 1985, payable out of
the Jury Fund. ',
($850.00 per month - $425.00 semi-monthly)
