On this the 15th day of November 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded

'! tion Co. for flood damage repair on Bear Creek Bridge - West side, in the amount of $1452.50
($1402.50 this statement and $50.00 from previous statement), payable out of Road & Bridge #1
- Flood Damage.

NO. 16383 APPROVAL OF CHANGE ORDER NO. THREE TO CONTRACT WITH CLARK & STROMAN CONSTRUCTION,
INC. FOR THE NEW COUNTY COURT-AT-LAW COURTROOM AND OFFICES AND MODIFICATION OF
THE EXISTING TAX ASSESSOR-COLLECTOR'S OFFICE
On this the 21st day of November 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland,
seconded by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved Change Order No. Three to
the Contract with Clark & Stroman Construction, Inc., for the new County Court-at-Law Court-
room and Offices and Modification of the Existing Tax Assessor-Collector's Office, in an
additional amount of $1,270.00, as follows;
Furnish and install eleven (11) new plastic laminate tops on typing
returns connected to counter in the Tax Assessor-Collector's Office.
Color shall be Wilson Art "Port" D14-6
ADD $1,142.00
Add one two-bulb fluorescent strip light and relocate the one already in
the built-in cabinet above the credenza in the Judge's Chamber.
ADD $ 128.00
TOTAL ADD $1,270.00
It is ordered by the Court that County Judge Morriss be authorized to execute said
change order on behalf of Kerr County.

NO. 16384 APPOINTMENT OF ADDITIONAL MEMBERS TO THE KERR COUNTY HISTORICAL COMMISSION
On this the 21st day of November 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved the appointment of additional members
to the Kerr County Historical Commission for the 1985-1986 Term, as follows:

claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Auditor and Treasurer, payable out of
General, Jury, Road and Bridge and 216th District Probation Funds.

approved by the Court that said bills be paid.

October 15th, 1985 ----- RE: Transfer of $130,000.00 from. Loop 534 R/W Fund to Road & Bridge
Fund, leaving a balance for Highway 39 Extension, be rescinded in its entirety.

N0. 16387 APPROVAL OF REPEAT OF LOTS 20 AND 21 OF KAMIRA SUBDIVISION
', On this the 21st day of November 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, second-
ed by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved the REPEAT OF LOTS 20 and 21 OF
KAMIRA SUBEIVISION, with no variances, located in Kerr County Commissioner's Precinct No.
One, and that all improvements that are to be made shall comply with the existing KERR COUNTY
SUBDIVISION "RULES AND REGULATIONS" that became effective January 1st, 1984 and amendments
to the regulations that Caere approved by the Kerr County Commissioners' Court on April 9th,
1984.

N0. 16388 SALARY OF THE OFFICIAL COURT REPORTER FOR THE 216th JUDICIAL DISTRICT, EFFECTIVE
NOVEMBER 15th, 1985
On this the 21st day of November 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded
by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved the salary of the Official Court
Reporter for the 216th Judicial District, Zann L. Zimmerman, at $21,250.00 per annum (Kerr
County's portion being $10,200.00 per annum), commencing November 15th, 1985, payable out of
the Jury Fund.
($850.00 per month - $425.00 semi-monthly)
