OF COUNTIES FOR 1986
On this the 12th day of November 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, second=
ed by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved payment of $1,090.00 to the Texas
Association of Counties for Kerr County's Membership Dues for 1986.
It is ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and County Auditor be authorized
ti draw a voucher on the General Fund, payable to the Texas Association of Counties, in the
above amount for the 1986 dues.

NO. 16379 APPROVAL OF REQUEST OF CONTRACTOR, CLARK & STROMAN CONSTRUCTION, INC., FOR
PAYMENT NO. 4, FOR CONSTRUCTION OF THE NEW COUNTY COURT AT LAW COURTROOPI
AND OFFICES AND MODIFICATION OF THE EXISTING TAX ASSESSOR-COLLECTOR'S OFFICE
On this the 12th day of November 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland,
seconded by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved the request of Contractor,
Clark & Stroman Construction, Inc. for Payment No. 4, for construction of the New County
Court at Law Courtroom and Offices and Modification of the Existing Tax Assessor-Collector's
Office, in the amount of $35,528.10, as examined by Architects, Schubert and Williams, Inc.,
and recommended to the Court that payment be made.
It is ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and County Auditor be authorized
to draw a voucher on the Revenue Sharing Trust Fund, in the above amount, payable to Clark
& Stroman Construction, Inc.

N0. 16380 RESIGNATION OF HERBERT "BUSTER" BALDWIN AS JAILER/DISPATCHER
On this the 12th day of November 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, second-'
ed by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved that the resignation of Herbert
"Buster" Baldwin, Jailer/Dispatcher, be ratified and confirmed, effective as of October 31st,''
1985 and that he be paid for five days of vacation through November 5th, 1985.

N0. 16381 RESIGNATION OF JAMES C. POOLE, DEPUTY SHERIFF OF KERR COUNTY, TEXAS
On this the 12th day of November 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, second-
ed by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved that the resignation of James C.
Poole, Deputy Sheriff of Kerr County, Texas, be ratified and confirmed, effective November
6th, 1985 and that he be paid for five days of vacation, through November 11th, 1985.
