NO. 16377 ORDER DETERMINING VOTES TO BE CAST BY KERR COUNTY COMMISSIONERS' COURT FOR ELECTION
OF DIRECTORS OF THE KERR CENTRAL APPRAISAL DISTRICT
On this the 12th day of November 1985 came on to be considered by the Court the matter
of determining the votes to be cast by the Kerr County Commissioners' Court, and the matter
of causing the same to be cast; and after due consideration by the Court, it is ordered on
~ motion by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Lich and unanimously approved by the
Court that the 950 votes which have heretofore been allocated to Kerr County be cast as follows:
Julius R. Neunhoffer 950 votes
and it is further ordered that the County Judge be authorized and directed to so cast the
...., aforesaid votes on the official ballot provided for this purpose and to return the same to
the County Clerk of Kerr County, together with a copy of this order.
