DATED OCTOBER 11th, 1983, BETWEEN KERR COUNTY AND THE HILL COUNTRY DISTRICT
JUNIOR LIVESTOCK SHOW ASSOCIATION, ESTABLISHING PROCEDURES AND CHARGES FOR
RENTAL OF THE KERR COUNTY LIVESTOCK EXHIBITION BUILDING
On this the 12th day of November 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded'
by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved a second amendment to the Agreement,
dated May 10th, 1982, Order No. 15225, dated 10/11/1983, between Kerr County and the Hill

Country District Junior Livestock Show Association, establishing procedures and charges for
the rental of the Kerr County Livestock Exhibition Buildings, as follows:
Paragraph three - Rental Charges - 2.a) Old Building - Rental charges amended as follows:
a) Front 1/3 - $100.00 per day or $25.00 for a maximum of 3 hours, excluding
youth organizations and the City of Kerrville.
The above rates contemplate clean-up by the individual organizations.
3) Hourly rate - $25.00 per hour (front) deleted.

N0. 16367 ORDER TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR COMPUTER INDEXING SYSTEM FOR THE COUNTY CLERK'S
OFFICE
On this the 12th day of November 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Higgins, seconded
by Commissioner Guthrie, with Commissioners Holland, Higgins, Lich and Guthrie voting "AYE"
and County Judge Morriss voting "NAY", said motion carrying by a majority vote, approving
that the County Judge be authorized to advertise for bids for a computer indexing system for
I the County Clerk's Office.
Bids with or without trade-in of present computer equipment will be considered.

Specifications are on file at the office of the County Clerk of Kerr County, Texas.
Bids to be received until 10:00 o'clock A. M., Monday, December 9th, 1985 at which time
they will be publicly opened and read.
Awarding of bids will be at a later date. I,
Kerr County reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
Notices to be published in the Official Newspaper of Kerr County, Texas, November 16th
and iovember 23rd, 1985.

Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved the employment of Christina V. Mennella
~ as a Clerk in the County Clerk's Office, effective as of November 6th, 1985, at a salary of
$932.50 per month, (11,190.00 per annum), payable out of the General Fund.
