On this the 12th day of November 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved the Minutes of Commissioners' Court
of Kerr County, Texas, of the Regular Meeting on October 15th, 1985, Special Meeting on October
24th, 1985, and Special Emergency Meeting on October 31st, 1985, from Pages 147 thru 158,
Volume Q.

NO. 16363 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS
On this the 12th day of November 1985, came on to be considered by the Court the various
claims and accounts against Kerr County and the various Commissioners' Precincts, which
claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Auditor and Treasurer, payable out of
General, Jury, Road & Bridge, County Law Library, Public Library, Juvenile Services, Juvenile
State Aid, Traffic Safety and 216th District Probation Funds.
Motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Holland and unanimously
approved by the Court that said bills be paid.

N0. 16367 ORDER TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR COMPUTER INDEXING SYSTEM FOR THE COUNTY CLERK'S
OFFICE
On this the 12th day of November 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Higgins, seconded
by Commissioner Guthrie, with Commissioners Holland, Higgins, Lich and Guthrie voting "AYE"
and County Judge Morriss voting "NAY", said motion carrying by a majority vote, approving
that the County Judge be authorized to advertise for bids for a computer indexing system for
the County Clerk's Office.
Bids with or without trade-in of present computer equipment will be considered.
Specifications are on file at the office of the County Clerk of Kerr County, Texas.
Bids to be received until 10:00 o'clock A. M., Monday, December 9th, 1985 at which time
they will be publicly opened and read.
Awarding of bids will be at a later date.
Kerr County reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
Notices to be published in the Official Newspaper of Kerr County, Texas, November 16th
and November 23rd, 1985.

N0. 16368 EMPLOYMENT OF CHRISTINA V. MENNELLA AS A CLERK IN THE COUNTY CLERK'S OFFICE
On this the 12th day of November 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Eiiggins, seconded by
Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved the employment of Christina V. Mennella
as a Clerk in the County Clerk's Office, effective as of November 6th, 1985, at a salary of
it $932.50 per month, (11,190.00 per annum), payable out of the General Fund.
