RANCH NO. THREE, with no variances, located in Kerr County Commissioner's Precinct No. One,
and that all improvements that are to be made shall comply with the existing KERR COUNTY
SUBDIVISION "RULES AND REGULATIONS" that became effective January 1st, 1984 and amendments
to the regulations that were approved by the Kerr County Commissioners' Court on April 9th,
1984.

NO. 16341 APPROVAL OF PROPOSAL OF TRINITY ENGINEERING TESTING CORPORATION FOR TESTING
SERVICES AT LOUIS SCHREINER FIELD
On this the 15th day of October 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Higgins, seconded
by Commissioner Holland, the court unanimously approved the proposal of Trinity Engineering
Corporation for testing and inspection services on Runway 12/30 extension, taxiway extensions
and Airport Loop Road, in an approximate amount of $11,319.00, Kerr County's portion being
one-half ($5,659.50), and as approved by the City Council at their October 8th, 1985 meeting.

NO. 16342 APPROVAL OF ENGINEERING FIRM OF HUNTER ASSOCIATES, INC. FOR SERVICES TO FACILITATE
CLOSURE OF LANDFILL SITE 510
On this the 15th day of October 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Higgins, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved selection of the engineering firm of
Hunter Associates, Inc., in concurrence with the City of Kerrville, for engineering services
to be performed to provide the required "Site Completion and Closure Plan" at the old land-
, fill operation on the 49 acre tract, known as Landfill Site 510.

N0. 16343 APPROVAL OF COUNTY TREASURER'S QUARTERLY REPORT ENDING SEPTEMBER 30th, 1985
On this the 15th day of O~.tober1985, in Regular Session of Commissioners' Court, came
on for examination the Quarterly Report of Dorothy H. Hilburn, County Treasurer of Kerr
County, Texas, for the period beginning July 1st, 1985 and ending September 30th, 1985, and
the same having been examined and compared by the court and found correct.
And it appearing to the Court that during the said time the Treasurer has received for
account and credit and paid out of each of said funds as reflected in the report and become
a part hereof, and that said accounts received and paid out of the respective funds, since
the filing of the preceding report and during the period above stated, are found correct as
therein shown.
It is therefore ordered by the Court that said detailed report be, and the same is
hereby approved and the Clerk of the Court is hereby ordered to file same in the record
accounts of said Treasurer in accordance with this order.
Motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Guthrie and unanimously
approved by the Court.

NO. 16344 APPROVAL OF REQUEST OF CONTRACTOR, CLARK & STROMAN CONSTRUCTION, INC. FOR PAYMENT
N0. 3, FOR CONSTRUCTION OF THE NEW COUNTY COURT AT LAW COURTROOM AND OFFICES AND
MODIFICATION OF THE EXISTING TAX ASSESSOR-COLLECTOR'S OFFICE
On this the 15th day of October 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved the request of Contractor, Clark &

Stroman, Inc. for Payment No. 3, for construction of the New County Court at Law Courtroom
and Offices and Modification of the Existing Tax Assessor-Collector's Office, in the amount
of $50,518.15, as examined by Architects, Schubert and Williams, Inc., and recommended to
the Court that payment be made.
It is ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and County Auditor be authorized
to draw a voucher on the Revenue Sharing Trust Fund, in the above amount, payable to Clark
& Stroman Construction, Inc.

On this the 15th day of October 1985, came on to be considered by the Court the various
claims and accounts against Kerr County and the various Commissioners' Precincts, which
claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Auditor and Treasurer, payable out of
General and County Law Library Funds.
Motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Lich and unanimously
approved by the Court that said bills be paid.

VanWinkle, road employee in Kerr County Commissioner's Precinct No. 2, be ratified and con-

On this the 15th day of October 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved that County Treasurer Dorothy H. Hilburn
be authorized to transfer $130,000.00 from the Loop 534 R/W Fund to Road and Bridge Fund,
leaving balance for Highway 39 Extension.
