FOR SERVICES TO FACILITATE CLOSURE OF LANDFILL SITE 510 On this the 15th day of October 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Higgins, seconded by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved selection of the engineering firm of Hunter Associates, Inc., in concurrence with the City of Kerrville, for engineering services to be performed to provide the required "Site Completion and Closure Plan" at the old land- , fill operation on the 49 acre tract, known as Landfill Site 510. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 16343 APPROVAL OF COUNTY TREASURER'S QUARTERLY REPORT ENDING SEPTEMBER 30th, 1985 On this the 15th day of O~.tober1985, in Regular Session of Commissioners' Court, came on for examination the Quarterly Report of Dorothy H. Hilburn, County Treasurer of Kerr County, Texas, for the period beginning July 1st, 1985 and ending September 30th, 1985, and the same having been examined and compared by the court and found correct. And it appearing to the Court that during the said time the Treasurer has received for account and credit and paid out of each of said funds as reflected in the report and become a part hereof, and that said accounts received and paid out of the respective funds, since the filing of the preceding report and during the period above stated, are found correct as therein shown. It is therefore ordered by the Court that said detailed report be, and the same is hereby approved and the Clerk of the Court is hereby ordered to file same in the record accounts of said Treasurer in accordance with this order. FOR PAYMENT N0. 3, FOR CONSTRUCTION OF THE NEW COUNTY COURT AT LAW COURTROOM AND OFFICES AND MODIFICATION OF THE EXISTING TAX ASSESSOR-COLLECTOR'S OFFICE On this the 15th day of October 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved the request of Contractor, Clark & i `, ~ ^'~t Stroman, Inc. for Payment No. 3, for construction of the New County Court at Law Courtroom and Offices and Modification of the Existing Tax Assessor-Collector's Office, in the amount of $50,518.15, as examined by Architects, Schubert and Williams, Inc., and recommended to the Court that payment be made.
