NO. 16337 APPROVAL OF 1985 TAX ROLLS BY THE COMMISSIONERS' COURT
On this the 15th day of October 1985, with the County Judge and County Commissioners '~
present, the Court did carefully examine the Tax Rolls for 1985, submitted by the Kerr County I
Tax Assessor-Collector of Kerr County, Texas, which contain a correct and full list of the I,
real and personal property subject to taxation and that the appraised value of the property
is the true and market value as reflected by the certified values furnished by the Appraisal
District.
Upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Holland, the Court
' unanimously approved the 1985 Tax Rolls.

" NO. 16338 ORDER APPORTIONING COUNTY AVAILABLE SCHOOL FUNDS AMONG KERR COUNTY SCHOOLS FOR
THE SCHOOL YEAR 1984-85
Pursuant to the authority of Section 17.73 of the Texas Education Code, it is ordered
this the 15th day of October, 1985, that the County Available Fund for the school year 1984-
85 be apportioned among the several school districts of Kerr County - - - - - -
on the basis of average daily attendance for the school year 1984-85 as certified by the Texas,
Education Agency as follows, and the Chas. Schreiner Bank, Kerrville, Texas, the depository
bank for the said fund, is hereby authorized and .directed to make payments directly to the
school districts concerned accordingly:

N0. 16339 APPROVAL OF PAYMENT TO COMPUTER ELECTION SYSTEMS FOR PURCHASE OF FIVE OPTEC
ELECTION MACHINES FOR KERR COUNTY
'' On this the 15th day of October 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by
Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved payment to COMPUTER ELECTION SYSTEMS for
purchase of Five Optec Election Machines for Kerr County, in the amount of $20,500.00, plus
$329.37 freight charges.
It is ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and County Auditor be authorized
'to draw a voucher on the General Fund in the total amount of $20,829.37, as per invoice number .--.
00054667, payable to Computer Election Systems for the machines.
