On this the 15th day of October 1985, came on to be considered by the Court the Semi-

Annual Report of all receipts and disbursements of the County Clerk's Trust Fund in the
Chas. Schreiner Bank of Kerrville,Texas, of collections and deposits and disbursements by her
in her hands for the period from April 1st, 1985, and held on deposit in the County Clerk's
Trust Fund in the amount of $75,293.95.
It appearing to the Court that said report is in due form and should be approved.

On this the 15th day of October 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, it was unanimously approved by the Court that the resignation of Esther
O'Kelley as Presiding Election Judge of Precinct No. 6, be ratified and confirmed.

NO. 16335 APPOINTMENT OF LEO E. DUNNIGAN AS PRESIDING ELECTION JUDGE AND APPOINTMENT OF
GWENITH I. DUNNIGAN AS ALTERNATE PRESIDING ELECTION JUDGE OF ELECTION PRECINCT

On this the 15th day of October 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved the appointment of Leo E. Dunnigan
as Presiding Election Judge of Election Precinct No. 6, due to the vacancy created by the
resignation of Esther O'Kelley as Presiding Election Judge, and it is further ordered by the
Court that Gwenith I. Dunnigan be appointed Alternate Presiding Judge, to fill the vacancy
created by the appointment of Leo E. Dunnigan as Presiding Election Judge.

N0. 16336 APPROVAL OF CHANGE ORDER N0. TWO AND CHANGE ORDER N0. THREE TO CONTRACT WITH
CLARK & STROMAN CONSTRUCTION, INC. FOR THE NEW COUNTY COURT-AT-LAW COURTROOM
AND OFFICES AND MODIFICATION OF EXISTING TAX ASSESSOR-COLLECTOR'S OFFICE
On this the 15th day of October 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved Change Order No. Two and Change Order
No. Three, to the Contract with Clark & Stroman Construction, Inc., for the new County Court-
at-Law Courtroom and Offices and Modification of the Existing Tax Assessor-Collector's Office,
and as recommended by Schubert & Williams, Inc., Architect, as follows:
Change Order No. Two - Construct and install new bookshelves in Judge's
Chamber 105 as specified and in accordance with attached drawings in
the amount of $866.00,
and
Change Order No. Three - Install auxiliary float switches in the two
„~ "Auxiliary Drain Pans" indicated on Drawing Sheet M-1 and cap the 3/4"
secondary drain pipes so that they do not protrude through the ceiling.
These switches shall be wired to the air conditioning power supply so
that the unit goes off when the "Auxiliary Drain Pans" begins to fill,
- in the amount of $70.00.
