~ On this the 15th day of October 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
~ by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved a semi-annual payment to Upper Guadalupe
~ River Authority for Environmental Health Services per interagency agreement dated December '~
8th, 1980 and as amended April 23rd, 1985, in the amount of $66,775.00, for one-half of
approved budget for fiscal year ending September 30th, 1986.
It is ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and County Auditor be authorized
to draw a voucher in the above amount, payable to Upper Guadalupe River Authority for said
services, payable out of the General Fund.

less, being comprised of two tracts of land, being 5372 acres, more or less, out of the west
portion of the Y O Ranch and 3030 acres, more or less, out of the southeast portion of the
', Y O Ranch, into smaller tracts of land, as depicted on the attached two plats, for the
purpose of resale is for agricultural purposes and falls within the exemption stated in
Section 3.16 of the Kerr County Subdivision Rules and Regulations.
Motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Higgins, with Commissioner
Higgins, Lich and Guthrie and County Judge Morriss voting "AYE" and Commissioner Holland
"ABSTAINING FROM VOTING", said motion carrying by a majority vote.

It appearing to the Court that said report is in due form and should be approved.

as Presiding Election Judge of Election Precinct No. 6, due to the vacancy created by the
resignation of Esther O'Kelley as Presiding Election Judge, and it is further ordered by the

Court that Gwenith I. Dunnigan be appointed Alternate Presiding Judge, to fill the vacancy
created by the appointment of Leo E. Dunnigan as Presiding Election Judge.

CLARK & STROMAN CONSTRUCTION, INC. FOR THE NEW COUNTY COURT-AT-LAW COURTROOM
AND OFFICES AND MODIFICATION OF EXISTING TAX ASSESSOR-COLLECTOR'S OFFICE
On this the 15th day of October 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved Change Order No. Two and Change Order
No. Three, to the Contract with Clark & Stroman Construction, Inc., for the new County Court-
at-Law Courtroom and Offices and Modification of the Existing Tax Assessor-Collector's Office,..
and as recommended by Schubert & Williams, Inc., Architect, as follows:
Change Order No. Two - Construct and install new bookshelves in Judge's
Chamber 105 as specified and in accordance with attached drawings in
the amount of $866.00,
and
Change Order No. Three - Install auxiliary float switches in the two
~ "Auxiliary Drain Pans" indicated on Drawing Sheet M-1 and cap the 3/4"
~ secondary drain pipes so that they do not protrude through the ceiling.
These switches shall be wired to the air conditioning power supply so
that the unit goes off when the "Auxiliary Drain Pans" begins to fill,
- in the amount of $70.00.
