September 11th, 1985, Special Meeting on September 19th, 1985, Special A4eeting on September
26th, 1985 and Special Meeting on October 8th, 1985, from pages 125 thru 146, Volume Q.

BE IT RESOLVED, that the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County, Texas, sitting in regular
session October 15th, 1985, does hereby strongly oppose the application of EDWARDS UNDERGROUbD
WATER DISTRICT for a "regular permit to appropriate public water", dated September 4th, 1985,
said application to be considered under the authority of Section 11.023 of the Texas Water
Code.

NO. 16330 APPROVAL OF SEMI-ANNUAL PAYMENT TO UPPER GUADALUPE RIVER AUTHORITY FOR
ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH SERVICES PER INTERAGENCY AGREEMENT DATED DECEMBER
8th, 1980 AND AS AMENDED APRIL 23rd, 1985
On this the 15th day of October 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved a semi-annual payment to Upper Guadalupe
River Authority for Environmental Health Services per interagency agreement dated December --.
8th, 1980 and as amended April 23rd, 1985, in the amount of $66,775.00, for one-half of
approved budget for fiscal year ending September 30th, 1986.
It is ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and County Auditor be authorized
to draw a voucher in the above amount, payable to Upper Guadalupe River Authority for said
services, payable out of the General Fund.

On this the 15th day of October 1985, came on to be heard and considered by the Court,
the request of Chas. Schreiner, III, for an official court finding that the division of 8400
acres, more or less out of the Y. 0. Ranch in Kerr County, Texas, said 8400 acres, more or
less, being comprised of two tracts of land, being 5372 acres, more or less, out of the west
portion of the Y O Ranch and 3030 acres, more or less, out of the southeast portion of the
Y O Ranch, into smaller tracts of land, as depicted on the attached two plats, for the
purpose of resale is for agricultural purposes and falls within the exemption stated in
Section 3.16 of the Kerr County Subdivision Rules and Regulations.
