by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved that the application of Clifton A.
Greeson, Sheriff of Kerr County, Texas, for the appointment of Timothy McClung as Deputy
Sheriff, be ratified and confirmed, effective as of October 1st, 1985, at a salary of
$1317.67 per month ($15,812.00 per annum), payable out of the General Fund.

N0. 16324 COUNTY JUDGE OF KERR COUNTY AUTHORIZED TO SIGN LETTER OF NO OBJECTION WITH ALL
AMERICAN PIPELINE PROJECT
On this the 8th day of October 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved that County Judge Gordon S. Morriss be
authorized to sign a Letter Of i]o Objection with All American Pipeline Project, granting
permission to cross under certain Kerr County Roads in Commissioner's Precinct No. Four,
` after satisfactory bonding arrangements have been made with County Attorney Gary E. Kersey,
protecting Kerr County from any damage caused to Kerr County Roadways by All American
Pipeline Project, its agents, successors and assigns.

NO. 16325 TERMINATION OF EMPLOYMENT OF JAILER/DISPATCHER DAVID GILLUM
On this the 8th day of October 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Higgins, it was unanimously approved by the Court that the termination of
the employment of David Gillum, Jailer/Dispatcher, he ratified and confirmed, effective as
of September 30th, 1985, with four vacation days and four hours overtime accumulated.

NO. 16326 APPROVAL OF EMPLOYMENT OF JOE L. RODRIQUEZ AS A CERTIFIED JAILER/DISPATCHER

a Certified Jailer/Dispatcher, effective as of October 11th, 1985, to fill the vacancy

created by the termination of David Gillum, and that his salary be fixed at $12,978.00 per
annum ($1081.50 per month), payable out of the General Fund.
