Drawings and Specifications may be examined without charge at the office of Schubert & Williams, Inc., the Architect, 115 Camaron, Suite 200, San Antonio, Texas 78205, in the office of Bill Baskette in the Kerr County Courthouse in Kerrville, Texas and in the plan rooms of San Antonio Builders Exchange, F. W. Dodge Corporation and the Associated General Contractors, all in San Antonio, Texas. Each complete set of Drawings, Specifications and Contract Documents may be obtained from the office of Schubert & Williams, Inc., the Architect at 115 Camaron, Suite 200, San Antonio, Texas 78205 on payment of a deposit of Twenty-five dollars ($25.00) as a guarantee of the safe return of the Drawings, Specifications and Contract Documents. All Drawings and Specifications are the property of the Architect and must be returned to him. Each proposal must be accompanied by a bid bond, cashier's check or certified check for 5~ of the amount of the proposal, made payable unconditionally to the Kerr County Treasurer.
