no variances, and that all improvements that are to be made shall comply with the existing

NO. 16286 ORDER TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR NEW BENCH SEATING AND FURNITURE FOR COUNTY COURT
AT LAW COURTROOM AND OFFICES AND MODIFICATION OF THE EXISTING TAX ASSESSOR-
COLLECTOR'S OFFICE
On this the 19th day of September 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, second-
ed by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved that the County Judge be authorized
to advertise for bids for new bench seating and furniture for the County Court at Law Court-
room and Offices and modification of the existing Tax Assessor-Collector's Office.
Drawings and Specifications may be examined without charge at the office of Schubert &
Williams, Inc., the Architect, 115 Camaron, Suite 200, San Antonio, Texas 78205, in the
office of Bill Baskette in the Kerr County Courthouse in Kerrville, Texas and in the plan
rooms of San Antonio Builders Exchange, F. W. Dodge Corporation and the Associated General
Contractors, all in San Antonio, Texas. Each complete set of Drawings, Specifications and
Contract Documents may be obtained from the office of Schubert & Williams, Inc., the Architect
at 115 Camaron, Suite 200, San Antonio, Texas 78205 on payment of a deposit of Twenty-five
dollars ($25.00) as a guarantee of the safe return of the Drawings, Specifications and
Contract Documents. All Drawings and Specifications are the property of the Architect and
must be returned to him.
Each proposal must be accompanied by a bid bond, cashier's check or certified check for
5~ of the amount of the proposal, made payable unconditionally to the Kerr County Treasurer.
Kerr County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informali-
ties.
Sealed proposals addressed to Don Williamson, Kerr County Auditor, will be received
until Thursday, October 3rd, 1985 at 4:00 o'clock P. M. and they will be publicly opened
and studied by the Auditor at that time.
Bids will be awarded on Tuesday, October 8th, 1985 at 10:00 o'clock A. M.
Notice to be published in the Kerrville Mountain Sun on September 21st, 1985 and
