COMMISSIONERS' COURT CONVENED IN SPECIAL SESSION SEPTEMBER 11th, 1985 at 10:00
o'clock A. M., with all members present, and the Court having duly opened, the following
proceedings were had:
N0. 16281 ORDER AUTHORIZING PUBLICATION OF NOTICE TO HOLD PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED
OPERATING BUDGET FOR KERR COUNTY
On this the 11th day of September 1985, the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County has
considered the necessity of holding a public hearing on a proposed operating budget for
Kerr County for the fiscal year October 1st, 1985 through September 30th, 1986.
Motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Lich and unanimously approved
by the Court that pursuant to applicable statutes of the State of Texas, a public hearing
on the proposed operating budget, to be filed by the County Judge of Kerr County in the
office of the County Clerk, is to be held at 7:00 o'clock P. M. on Thursday, September 26th,
1985, in the County Courtroom of the Kerr County Courthouse.
It is further ordered that the County Judge be authorized to cause to be published in '~ -.
the Kerrville Mountain Sun and the Kerrville Daily Times, a notice of such public hearing.

Publication dates for such notice will be September 14th and September 21st, 1985, in
the Kerrville Mountain Sun and September 15th and September 22nd, 1985, in the Kerrville Daily
Times.

o'clock A. M., with all members present, and the Court having duly opened, the following
proceedings were had:
NO. 16282 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS
On this the 19th day of September 1985, came on to be considered by the Court the
various claims and accounts against Kerr County and the various Commissioners' Precincts,
which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the County Auditor and County Treasur-''
er, payable out of General, Jury, Road & Bridge, County Law Library, Revenue Sharing,
Juvenile Services and 216th District Probation Funds.
Motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Holland and unanimously
approved by the Court that said bills be paid.

N0. 16283 APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT OF RIVER CREST
On this the 19th day of September 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Higgins,
seconded by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved the PRELIMINARY PLAT OF
RIVER CREST, with no variances, located in Commissioner's Precinct No. Two.
All improvements that are to be made shall comply with the existing KERR COUNTY SUB-
DIVISION "RULES AND REGULATIONS" that became effective January 1st, 1984 and amendments to
the regulations that were approved by the Kerr County Commissioners' Court on April 9th,
1984
