On this the 9th day of September 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland,
seconded by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved the PRELIMINARY PLAT OF THE
HILLS OF CHERRY RIDGE, with no variances, located in Kerr County Commissioner's Precinct
No. One.
All improvements that are to be made shall comply with the existing KERR COUNTY SUB-
DIVISION "RULES AND REGULATIONS" that became effective January 1st, 1984 and amendments to
the regulations that were approved by the Kerr County Commissioners' Court on April 9th,
1984.

N0. 16278 APPROVAL OF ACCEPTANCE OF DONATION FOR PAVING ENCINO DRIVE IN COMMISSIONER'S
PRECINCT NO. ONE
On this the 9th day of September 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Higgins, with Commissioners Holland, Higgins and Guthrie and County Judge
Morriss voting "AYE" and Commissioner Lich "ABSTAINING FROM VOTING", said motion carrying by a
majority vote approving acceptance of a donation in the amount of $2296.00 from C. W. Minett,
for paving Encino Drive in Kerr County Commissioner's Precinct No. One.

COMMISSIONERS' COURT RECESSED SEPTEMBER 9th, 1985 at 2:35 o'clock P. M., at which
time a Public Hearing was held to consider the Application filed August 1, 1985, by Faye C.
Harris, for Approval of the Re-plat of Cave Spring Addition Section Four, located in Commis-
sioner's Precinct No. Four.
47 members of the Public were present for the public hearing.
Kathryn Shane, Attorney for Mr. Jack Stone, requested that a statement be recorded in the
Minutes of the Commissioners' Court that Mr. Stone was present at the Public Hearing and did
object to the acceptance of the approval of Revision of the Plat of Cave Spring Addition

On this the 9th day of September 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, second-
ed by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved acceptance of REVISION OF THE PLAT
OF CAVE SPRING ADDITION SECTION FOUR, located in Kerr County Commissioner's Precinct Four.

NO. 16280 REQUEST OF JEFF TURNER REGARDING DIVISION OF PROPERTY OF THE F. F. TURNER ESTATE
On this the 9th day of September 1985, came on to be considered by the Court, the
request of Jeff Turner as to whether or not the division of the property of the F. F. Turner
Estate would be considered a Subdivision, under the Kerr County Subdivision "Rules and Regula-
r.., tions"
Motion made by Commissioner Higgins, seconded by Commissioner Guthrie and unanimously
approved by the Court, that said division of property does not need to meet the requirements
of the Kerr County Subdivision "Rules and Regulations".
