SOUTHERN HILLS PHASE TWO
On this the 9th day of September 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Higgins, with Commissioners Holland, Higgins and Guthrie and County Judge
Morriss voting "AYE" and Commissioner Lich "ABSTAINING FROM VOTING", said motion carrying by '
a majority vote, approving acceptance of a donation from Summey Building Company for paving
roadways in Southern Hills and Southern Hills Phase Two, located in Kcrr County Commissioner's
Precinct No. One, in the amount of $4728.00.
