by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved that the resignation of Carol Hollimon,
Deputy Tax Assessor-Collector of Kerr County, Texas, be ratified and confirmed, effective as
of August 30th, 1985.

N0. 16270 DISPOSITION OF BANK FRANCHISE TAX AMOUNTS
On this the 9th day of September 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Holland, the court unanimously approved receipt of $29,323.95 in Banking
revenue, for the period ending August 14, 1985, and ordered that such payment received be paid
into the General Fund of Kerr County.

by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved the PRELIMINARY PLAT OF CARDINAL ACRES'
WEST, with no variances, located in Kerr County Commissioner's Precinct No. Four. '
All improvements that are to be made shall comply with the existing KERR COUNTY SUB-
DIVISION "RULES AND REGULATIONS" that became effective January 1st, 1984 and amendments to
the regulations that were approved by the Kerr County Commissioners' Court on April 9th,
