day of September 1985, at 10:00 o'clock A. M., in the City of Kerrville, Texas, a Regular
Term of Commissioners' Court, with the following officers present:

N0. 16259 MINUTES READ AND APPROVED
On this the 9th day of September 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, second-
ed by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved the Minutes of Commissioners' Court
of Kerr County, Texas, of the Regular Meeting on August 12th, 1985, Special Emergency Session,

', on August 15th, 1985, Special Session on August 22nd, 1985, August 23rd, 1985, August 28th,
1985 and September 4th, 1985, from pages 110 thru 124, Volume Q.

N0. 16260 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS
On this the 9th day of September 1985, came on to be considered by the Court the
various claims and accounts against Kerr County and the various Commissioners' Precincts,
which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the County Auditor and County
Treasurer, payable out of General, Jury, Road and Bridge, County Law Library, Revenue Sharing,
Trust, 216th District Probation, Juvenile Services and Juvenile State Aid Funds.
Motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Guthrie and unanimously
approved by the Court that said bills be paid.

N0. 16261 APPROVAL OF PROPOSED BUDGET OF THE UPPER GUADALUPE RIVER AUTHORITY FOR
ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH SERVICES FOR FISCAL YEAR ENDING SEPTEMBER 30th,
1986, AS ADOPTED BY UGRA BOARD OF DIRECTORS
On this the 9th day of September 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, second-
ed by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved the Proposed Budget of the Upper
Guadalupe River Authority for Environmental Health Services, ending September 30th, 1986, as ''
adopted by the UGRA Board of Directors.

N0. 16262 APPROVAL OF FOURTH QUARTERLY PAYMENT TO THE KERR CENTRAL APPRAISAL DISTRICT FOR
TAX APPRAISAL OFFICE EXPENSES FOR 1985
On this the 9th day of September 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, second-'
ed by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved the fourth quarterly payment to
the Kerr Central Appraisal District for tax appraisal office expenses for 1985, in the
amount of $23,320.78.
It is ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and County Auditor be authorized
to draw a voucher on the General Fund, payable to the Kerr Central Appraisal District, in
the above amount.
