THREE, TO )VEMENT PLAN, IN THE ABSENCE OF THE COUNTY JUDGE August 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved that Victor Lich, Commissioner of Kerr County Precinct Tdo. Three, be authorized to sign the Airport Improvement Plan on behalf of ','Kerr County, in the absence of the County Judge, and in concurrence with the City of Kerrville., o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o INO. 16251 APPROVAL OF PAYMENT TO DON A. MAYS FOR REPAIR ON BEECH ROAD IN PRECINCT NO. 4 On this the 28th day of August 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved payment to Don A. Mays for flood damage repair work on Beech Road near Mountain Home in Commissioner's Precinct No. 4, in the 'amount of $3,700.00, payable out of Road & Bridge Precinct 4 - Flood Damage. It is ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and County Auditor be authorized to draw a voucher in the above amount, payable to Don A.
