N0. 16247 APPROVAL OF PURCHASE OF 3.31 ACRES OF LAND FROM WALTER J NEWSOME TO KERR COUNTY,
TEXAS, AND AUTHORIZATION FOR PAYMENT
On this the 22nd day of August 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded ~~
by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved the purchase of 3.31 acres of land

from Walter J. Newsome to Kerr County, Texas, located along Texas State Highway No. 27 near
the City of Ingram, in the amount of $15,000.00.
It is ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and County Auditor be authorized
to draw a voucher on the General Fund in the amount of $15,000.00, payable to Walter J.
Newsome, for said tract of land.
(This property is located in Kerr County Commissioner's Precinct No. Four and will be
used as the Precinct Four Yard).

by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved that the resignation of Orlene R.
~' Kitzman, Deputy County Clerk of Kerr County, Texas, be ratified and confirmed, effective as of
