GONZALES AS DEPUTY SHERIFF I' On this the 22nd day of August 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved the application of Clifton A. Greeson „ Sheriff of Kerr County, Texas, for the appointment of George R. Gonzales as Deputy Sheriff of Kerr County, Texas, effective as of August 23rd, 1985, at a salary of $1200.00 per month, ($14,400.00 per annum), payable out of the General Fund. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 16243 APPROVAL OF APPLICATION OF CLIFTON A. GRAY AS DEPUTY SHERIFF On this the 22nd day of August 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved the application of Clifton A. Greeson, Sheriff of Kerr County, Texas, for the appointment of Donald P. Gray as Deputy Sheriff of Kerr County, Texas, effective as of August 23rd, 1985, at a salary of $1200.06 per month i ($14,400.00 per annum), payable out of the General Fund. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 16244 ORDER AUTHORIZING COUNTY TREASURER AND COUNTY AUDITOR TO PAY OVERTIME TO THE KERR COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPUTIES AND DISPATCHERS On this the 22nd day of August 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Higgins, seconded by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved that the County Treasurer and County Auditor be authorized to pay overtime to the Kerr County Sheriff's Deputies in the amount of $9,000.00 and to the Dispatchers in the amount of $977.90, retroactive to April 15th, 1985, and in compliance with the Fair Labor Standards Act. (Said above amounts to be paid out of the General Fund). o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 16245 RE: REPEAT OF LOTS 9 AND 8 OF GUADALUPE HEIGHTS, LOCATED IN KERR COUNTY COMMISSIONER'S PRECINCT N0. TWO '~ On this the 22nd day of August 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Higgins, seconded by Commissioner Holland, with Commissioners Holland, Higgins and Guthrie and County Judge Morriss voting "AYE" and Commissioner Lich voting "NAY", said motion carrying by a majority vote, approving that no action be taken by the Kerr County Commissioners' Court regarding a Replat of Lots 9 and 8 of Guadalupe Heights, located in Commissioner's Precinct No. Two, due to the fact that the Plat is situated within the extraterritorial jurisdiction of the City of Kerrville. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 16246 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS On this the 22nd day of August 1985, came on to be considered by the Court the various claims and accounts against Kerr County and the various Commissioners' Precincts, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the County Auditor and County Treasurer, payable out of General, Road & Bridge, Jury, Revenue Sharing, Lateral Road 3, Juvenile Services, Kerr County Public Library, and Traffic Safety Funds. ~'.
