On this the 15th day of August 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Higgins, seconded
by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved the termination of employment of '
Carl Wayne Griggs, Sr., Deputy Sheriff of Kerr County, Texas, effective as of July 31st, 1985.1

by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved the REVISION PLAT OF GLEN OAKS N0.
TWO, KERRVILLE SOUTH, with no variances. This subdivision is located in Kerr County Commis-
sinner's Precinct No. One, and all improvements that are to be made shall comply with the
existing KERR COUNTY SUBDIVISION "RULES AND REGULATIONS" that became effective January 1st,
1984 and amendments to the regulations that were approved by the Kerr County Commissioners'
Court on April 9th, 1984.
