Smith, a member of the Kerr County Historical Commission, be ratified and confirmed, effec-
tive as of August 9th, 1985.

On this the 12th day of August 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved the REPEAT OF LOT 1 BLOCK 1 JIM COOKER'S
HILLS 'N DALES DEVELOPMENT, with no variances, located in Kerr County Commissioner's Precinct
No. 4, and that all improvements that are to be made shall comply with the existing KERR
COUNTY SUBDIVISION "RULES AND REGULATIONS", that became effective January 1st, 1984 and amend-
ments to the regulations that were approved by the Kerr County Commissioners' Court on April
9th, 1984.

LAND OUT OF SURVEY 146, WILLIAM C. FRANCIS
On this the 12th day of August 1985, came on to be considered by the Court, the request
of the Jehovah's Witnesses (By Raymond York), regarding the sale of 1.96 acres of land out
of Survey 146, William C. Francis, located in Kerr County Commissioner's Precinct No. One,
as to whether or not this land would be considered a Subdivision, under the Kerr County Sub-
division "Rules and Regulations".
Motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Lich and unanimously
approved by the Court, that said proposed transaction mentioned above does not need to meet
the requirements of Kerr County Subdivision "Rules and Regulations".

COMMISSIONERS' COURT RECESSED at 4:00 o'clock P. M., August 12, 1985, at which
time a public hearing was held concerning vehicle traffic control signs along
Monroe Drive in Glen Oaks No. 2 Subdivision.

Said cont	ract provides	for County funding for	curbing and incidental items for approxi-	~

mately two miles of Loop 534, beginning from State Highway 16 South at the County's expense
in an amount of $8,900.00. Such property is to be annexed by the City of Kerrville on or
about October 20, 1985, but immediate funding was requested, due to the scheduling of the
project by the State.
It is ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and County Auditor be authorized
to draw a voucher on the Loop 534 Right-of-Way Fund, payable to the State Department of
Highways and Public Transportation in the amount of $8,900.00 for the construction work.

back to back of curb. Said subdivision is located in Kerr County Commissioner's Precinct

DIVISION "RULES AND REGULATIONS", that became effective January 1st, 1984 and amendments to
the regulations that were approved by the Kerr County Commissioners' Court on April 9th, 1984.
