On this the 12th day of August 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
'j by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved that the resignation of Cecil R.
Smith, a member of the Kerr County Historical Commission, be ratified and confirmed, effec-
tive as of August 9th, 1985.

HILLS 'N DALES DEVELOPMENT, with no variances, located in Kerr County Commissioner's Precinct,,
No. 4, and that all improvements that are to be made shall comply with the existing KERR
COUNTY SUBDIVISION "RULES AND REGULATIONS", that became effective January 1st, 1984 and amendw
ments to the regulations that were approved by the Kerr County Commissioners' Court on P.pril
9th, 1984.

On this the 12th day of August 1985, came on to be considered by the Court, the request
of the Jehovah's Witnesses (By Raymond York), regarding the sale of 1.96 acres of land out
of Survey 146, William C. Francis, located in Kerr County Commissioner's Precinct No. One,
as to whether or not this land would be considered a Subdivision, under the Kerr County Sub-
division "Rules and Regulations"
Motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Lich and unanimously
approved by the Court, that said proposed transaction mentioned above does not need to meet
the requirements of Kerr County Subdivision "Rules and Regulations"

COMMISSIONERS' COURT RECESSED at 4:00 o'clock P. M., August 12, 1985, at which
' time a public hearing was held concerning vehicle traffic control signs along
Monroe Drive in Glen Oaks No. 2 Subdivision.

by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved adoption of appropriate regulatory
signs and a speed limit of 30 miles per hour along Monroe Drive in Glen Oaks No. 2 Subdivision,
located in Kerr County Commissioner"s Precinct No. One, as provided by Article 6702, Sec.
2.301 (a) (1) and (2), Vernon's Texas Civil Statutes.
