Francis, located in Kerr County Commissioner's Precinct No. One, as to whether or not this land would be considered a Subdivision, under the Kerr County Sub- division "Rules and Regulations" Motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Lich and unanimously approved by the Court, that said proposed transaction mentioned above does not need to meet the requirements of Kerr County Subdivision "Rules and Regulations" r o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o COMMISSIONERS' COURT RECESSED at 4:00 o'clock P.
