On this the 12th day of August 1985, came on to be considered by the Court, the request
of Ward Faulkner regarding a 5 acre tract of land that he is selling to Richard Rhodes and
located in Kerr County Commissioner's Precinct No. Two, as to whether or not this land would
be considered a Subdivision, under the Kerr County Subdivision "Rules and Regulations".
Motion made by Commissioner Higgins, seconded by Commissioner Lich, with Commissioners
Higgins, Lich and Guthrie and County Judge Morriss voting "AYE" and Commissioner Holland
"ABSTAINING FROM VOTING", said motion carrying by a majority vote, approving that said propose
transaction mentioned above does not need to meet the requirements of the Kerr County Sub-
division "Rules and Regulations".

On this the 12th day of August 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Higgins, seconded
by Commissioner Holland, with Commissioners Holland, with Commissioners Holland, Higgins,
Lich and Guthrie voting "AYE" and County Judge Morriss "ABSTAINING FROM VOTING", said motion
carrying by a majority vote, approving the REPEAT FOR LOT 9 OF QUAIL RUN ESTATES, with no
variances, located in Kerr County Commissioner's Precinct No. Two, and that all improvements
that are to be made shall comply with the existing KERR COUNTY SUBDIVISION "RULES AND REGULA-
TIONS", that became effective January lst, 1984 and amendments to the regulations that were
approved by the Kerr County Commissioners' Court on April 9th, 1984.

AND REGULATIONS", that became effective January 1st, 1984 and amendments to the regulations
that were approved by the Kerr County Commissioners' Court on April 9th, 1984.
