GARZA, EMPLOYEE IN THE MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT On this the 12th day of August 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved a probationary salary increase for Johnny R. Garza, an employee in the Maintenance Department, and that his salary be changed from an hourly basis of $4.55 per hour to a monthly basis of $840.00 per month, effective as of August 1st, 1985, as requested by Frank L. Speakmon, Superintendent of Maintenance. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 16220 APPROVAL OF REQUEST OF THE DISTRICT ATTORNEY OF THE 216th JUDICIAL DISTRICT, SETTING SALARY OF ASSISTANT DISTRICT ATTORNEY CRAIG LESLIE ON AN HOURLY BASIS On this the 12th day of August 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Higgins, seconded by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved setting the salary of Craig Leslie, Assistant District Attorney of the 216th Judicial District, on an hourly basis at $65.00 per hour, billing Kerr County on a monthly basis, payable out of the General Fund, out of budgeted funds, as requested by District Attorney E. KITZMAN AS DEPUTY COUNTY CLERK On this the 12th day of August 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved the application of Patricia Dye, County Clerk, for the appointment of Orlene R.
