EFFECTIVE SEPTEMBER 1st, 1985
On this the 12th day of August 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved a salary increase for the Official
District Court Reporter of the 198th Judicial District, from $12,178.65 per annum to
$13,396.21 per annum, effective as of September 1st, 1985, as Kerr County's proportion.

EFFECTIVE SEPTEMBER 1st, 1985
On this the 12th day of August 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved a salary increase for the Official
District Court Reporter of the 216th Judicial District, from $9,720.00 per annum to $10,200.00,
per annum, effective as of September 1st, 1985, as Kerr County's proportion.

~ NO. 16219 APPROVAL OF PROBATIONARY SALARY INCREASE FOR JOHNNY R. GARZA, EMPLOYEE IN THE
MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT
On this the 12th day of August 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved a probationary salary increase for
Johnny R. Garza, an employee in the Maintenance Department, and that his salary be changed
from an hourly basis of $4.55 per hour to a monthly basis of $840.00 per month, effective
as of August 1st, 1985, as requested by Frank L. Speakmon, Superintendent of Maintenance.

N0. 16220 APPROVAL OF REQUEST OF THE DISTRICT ATTORNEY OF THE 216th JUDICIAL DISTRICT,
SETTING SALARY OF ASSISTANT DISTRICT ATTORNEY CRAIG LESLIE ON AN HOURLY BASIS
On this the 12th day of August 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Higgins, seconded
by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved setting the salary of Craig Leslie,
Assistant District Attorney of the 216th Judicial District, on an hourly basis at $65.00 per
hour, billing Kerr County on a monthly basis, payable out of the General Fund, out of budgeted
funds, as requested by District Attorney E. Bruce Curry.

NO. 16221 APPROVAL OF APPLICATION OF PATRICIA DYE, COUNTY CLERK, FOR APPOINTMENT OF ORLENE
R. KITZMAN AS DEPUTY COUNTY CLERK
On this the 12th day of Auqust 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded
by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved the application of Patricia Dye,
County Clcrk, for the appointment of Orlene R. Kitzman as Deputy County Clerk of Kerr County,
Texas, at a salary of $840.00 per month ($10,080.00 per annum), which is her present salary,
payable out of the General Fund, and that her deputation is to be effective the date of her
qualification, the same being August 14th, 1985.
