Administrative Assistant to the Commissioners' Court, be authorized to purchase law books
for the County Court-at-Law in the amount of $5,929.00 or less, from West Publishing Company,;

Shepards, and McGraw-Hill Publishers, payable out of the County Law Library Fund. I

NO. 16205 APPROVAL TO PURCHASE ONE 1982 CHEVROLET CAPRICE AND ONE 1981 FORD GRANADA,
WITH TRADE-INS, FOR USE BY THE KERR COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT ',
On this the 25th day of July 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Higgins, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, the Court approved by quorum vote the request of Clifton A. Greeson, ~
Sheriff of Kerr County, Texas for the purchase of one 1982 Chevrolet Caprice and one 1981
Ford Granada from CRENWELGE MOTORS, 301 Main St., Kerrville, Texas, for $8150.00, less '
$7000.00 for trade-ins (two 1982 Ford LTD'S, one 1978 Oldsmobile, and one 1978 Cadillac), for'
a net total due of $1,150.00.
Court further authorized the County Auditor and County Treasurer to draw a voucher on
the General Fund in the amount of $1,150.00 to Crenwelge Motors for said two vehicles.

PRECINCT N0. ONE
On this the 6th day of August 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Guthrie, with Commissioners Holland, Higgins and Guthrie and County Judge
Morriss voting "AYE" and Commissioner Lich "ABSTAINING FROM VOTING", said motion carrying by
a majority vote, approving acceptance of a donation for paving the corner of Doyle Road and
Mary Ruth, in Kerr County Commissioner's Precinct No. One, in the amount of $370.00, as
requested by Commissioner Holland and Charlie Doyle.
