AT NEW LANDFILL LOCATIOid On this the 25th day of July 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Higgins, seconded by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved payment to the City of Kerrville of $1400.00 per month, to be one-half of the additional subsidy to D4oore Service, Inc., for operating the landfill until December 1, 1986--at which time the agreement will cease. County Judge Gordon S. Morriss is authorized to sign any contract or letter agreement for the payment of this subsidy. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 16196 APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT TO THE CITY/COUNTY FIRE FIGHTING AGREEMENT On this the 25th day of July 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved an amendment to the existing City/County Fire Fighting Agreement, wherein Kerr County will continue to pay to the City of Kerrville the monthly rate of $4,166.67, for fire service rendered, beginning October 1st, 1985 and terminating on September 30th, 1986. Except as amended herein, all of the provisions of the original agreement effective October 1st, 1979 shall be in effect during the term hereof. - - - - - - - - OCTOBER 1985 AMENDMENT TO CITY/COUNTY FIRE FIGHTING AGREEMENT __... This Amendment by and between the CITY OF KERRVILLE, herein called "City" and COUNTY OF - a= 'f`1> KERB, herein called "County" to that certain original Agreement effective October 1, 1979, as i~ follows: ~~ l I! 1. The term of this Amendment shall begin on October 1, 1985, and terminate i on September 30, 1986. 2. For the fire services to be rendered hereunder, County shall pay to City the monthly sum of Four Thousand One Hundred Sixty Six and 67/100 ($4,166.67) Dollars. The first payment hereunder shall be due and payable on November 15, 1985, for the month of October, 1985, and such payments shall continue on the fifteenth day of each successive calendar month for twelve (12) consecutive calendar months, with the last payment due hereunder due and pay- able on October 15, 1986. 3.
