AT NE;a LANDFILL LOCATION On this the 25th day of July 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Higgins, seconded by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved payment to the City of Kerrville of $1400.00 per month, to be one-half of the additional subsidy to D4oore Service, Inc., for operating the landfill until December 1, 1986--at which time the agreement will cease. County Judge Gordon S. Morriss is authorized to sign any contract or letter agreement for the payment of this subsidy. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 16196 APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT TO THE CITY/COUNTY FIRE FIGHTING AGREEMENT On this the 25th day of July 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved an amendment to the existing City/County Fire Fighting Agreement, wherein Kerr County will continue to pay to the City of Kerrville the monthly rate of $4,166.67, for fire service rendered, beginning October 1st, 1985 and terminating on September 30th, 1986. Except as amended herein, all of the provisions of the original agreement effective October 1st, 1979 shall be in effect during the term hereof.
