NO. 16180 APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT OF GREENWOOD FOREST SECTION 7 PHASE II SUBDIVISION
On this the 22nd day of July 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved the FINAL PLAT OF GREENWOOD FOREST
SECTION 7 PHASE II SUBDIVISION, with variances on streets having 50 feet right-of-way, to be
30 feet, back to back of curb.
All other construction work in Greenwood Forest Section 7 Phase II shall comply with the
existing Kerr County Subdivision "Rules and Regulations", that became effective January 1st,
1984 and amendments to the regulations that were approved by the Kerr County Commissioners'

NO. 16181 ORDER APPOINTING ATTORNEY MIKE CHILDERS TO REPRESENT JUSTICE OF THE PEACE
PRECINCT #4 IN A SUIT FILED BECAUSE OF HIS OFFICIAL DUTIES, STYLED
"DON NOWLIN VS. JOHN P. HILL", U.S. DISTRICT COURT CAUSE #SA85CA2027
On this the 25th day of July 1985, came on to be considered the request of Justice of
the Peace of Precinct Four, for legal representation in a suit filed against him for actions
taken by him while acting in his official capacity, and further representation and fees if a
cross-action suit is deemed necessary, for County to recover expenses.
Upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Holland, Court
unanimously approved appointing Mike Childers as Attorney to represent John P. Hi11, Justice
of the Peace of Precinct #4, at a cost of $90.00 per hour plus benefits. This order is
pursuant to Article 332c, Vernon's Texas Civil Statutes.

NO. 16182 APPROVAL FOR EMPLOYLQENT OF NORMAN FOREHAND BY THE COUNTY AS A PART-TIME EMPLOYEE
TO PROVIDE MAINTENANCE AND SECURITY AT THE KERR COUNTY AGRICULTURE EXHIBITION
BUILDINGS AND GROUNDS AND CARE FOR ESTRAYS
On this the 25th day of July 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by
Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved employment by Kerr County of
Norman Forehand as a part-time employee to provide maintenance and security at the Kerr County
Agriculture Exhibition Buildings and grounds and assist Kerr County Sheriff's Department by
caring for estrays.
Salary is to be $395.00 (one-half of $790.00) per month, payable out of General Fund,
effective as of August 1st, 1985.
