HILL", U.S. DISTRICT COURT CAUSE #SA85CA2027 On this the 25th day of July 1985, came on to be considered the request of Justice of the Peace of Precinct Four, for legal representation in a suit filed against him for actions taken by him while acting in his official capacity, and further representation and fees if a cross-action suit is deemed necessary, for County to recover expenses. Upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Holland, Court unanimously approved appointing Mike Childers as Attorney to represent John P. Hi11, Justice of the Peace of Precinct #4, at a cost of $90.00 per hour plus benefits. This order is pursuant to Article 332c, Vernon's Texas Civil Statutes. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 16182 APPROVAL FOR EMPLOYLQENT OF NORMAN FOREHAND BY THE COUNTY AS A PART-TIME EMPLOYEE TO PROVIDE MAINTENANCE AND SECURITY AT THE KERR COUNTY AGRICULTURE EXHIBITION BUILDINGS AND GROUNDS AND CARE FOR ESTRAYS On this the 25th day of July 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved employment by Kerr County of Norman Forehand as a part-time employee to provide maintenance and security at the Kerr County Agriculture Exhibition Buildings and grounds and assist Kerr County Sheriff's Department by caring for estrays.
