COUNTY OF KERR X COIIIMISSIONERS' COURT CONVENED IN SPECIAL SESSION ON JULY 22nd,
1985 at 10:00 o'clock A.M., in the Kerr County Courtroom, with the following members present:

~I and the Court having duly opened, at this time a Public Hearing was held in the Kerr County
Courtroom concerning Kerr County Subdivision "Rules and Regulations" (effective January 1,
1984, with Amendments approved April 9, 1984) and regarding proposed revisions (thereto).
Twenty-eight (28) members of the public were present.
Commissioners' Court RECESSED at 12:20 o'clock P. M. until 1:30 o'clock P. M. July 22, 1985.

COMMISSIONERS' COURT RECONVENED at 1:30 o'clock P. M. July 22, 1985, with all
members present, and Public Hearing continuing.
Twenty-seven (27) members of the public were present at afternoon session.

COURT continued in SPECIAL SESSION, and the following proceedings were had:
NO. 16177 APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT OF CAVE SPRING ADDITION, SECTION FIVE, PHASE THREE
On this the 22nd day of July, 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved the PRELIMINARY PLAT OF CAVE SPRING
ADDITION, SECTION FIVE, PHASE THREE, with no variances, and that all improvements that are
to be made shall comply with the existing KERR COUNTY SUBDIVISION "RULES AND REGULATIONS"
that became effective January 1st, 1984, and amendments to the regulations that were approved
by Kerr County Commissioners' Court on April 9th, 1984. Cave Spring Addition, Section Five,
Phase Three is located in Commissioner's Precinct L]o. Four.

N0. 16178 APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT OF CAVE SPRING ADDITION, SECTION FIVE, PHASE THREE
On this the 22nd of July, 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by
Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved the FINAL PLAT OF CAVE SPRING ADDITION,
SECTION FIVE, PHASE THREE, with no variances, and that all improvements that are to be made
shall comply with the existing KERR COUNTY SUBDIVISION "RULES AND REGULATIONS" that became
effective January 1st, 1984, and amendments to the regulations that were approved by Kerr
County Commissioners' Court on April 9th, 1984. (Said Subdivision located in Commis.Prec.#4).

On this the 22nd day of July 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by
Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved the PRELIMINARY PLAT OF GREEN6vO0D FOREST
SECTION 9, located in Kerr County Commissioner's Precinct No. 4, with no variances, and that
all improvements that are to be made shall comply with the existing KERR COUNTY SUBDIVISION
"RULES AND REGULATIONS" that became effective January lst, 1984 and amendments to the regula-
tions that were approved on April 9th, 1984.
