Judge Morriss voting "NAY", said motion carrying by a majority vote, approving a Contract
between Ray Associates, Inc. and Kerr County, for Personnel P4anagement Consulting Services,
with Amendment of Paragraph 6 - Re: Compensation, as follows:
That the first three payments due on July 20th, August 20th and September 20th, 1985,
in the amount of $4,260.00 each, plus documented expenses, shall be paid after October 1st,
1985, in one payment, and that the remaining payments for October 20th and November 20th,
~ 1985, shall be paid as set forth in the Contract.
It is further ordered by the Court that County Judge Morriss be authorized to execute
the Contract on behalf of Kerr County.

Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved the request of Commissioner Fred Holland,
for a probationary salary increase for Jerry Edmunds, employee in Precinct No. One, effective
as of July 1st, 1985, in the amount of 30C per hour.

NO. 16164 ACCEPTANCE OF BID OF MODULAR JAIL SYSTEMS, INC., FOR 21 BED RENOVATION PROJECT
AT THE KERR COUNTY CORRECTION-DETENTION FACILITY
On this the 8th day of July 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Higgins, seconded by
Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved acceptance of the bid of Modular Jail
Systems, Inc., for the 21 bed renovation project at the Kerr County Correction-Detention
Facility, in the amount of $195,000.00, subject to the County Auditor's review.

AUTHORIZING COUNTY JUDGE TO EXECUTE SAME ON BEHALF OF KERR COUNTY
On this the 8th day of July 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved an Agreement between KERR COUNTY,
TEXAS and MODULAR JAIL SYSTEMS, INC., for the 21 bed renovation project at the Kerr County
Correction-Detention Facility.
It is ordered by the Court that the County Judge of Xerr County, Texas be authorized
to execute said agreement on behalf of Kerr County.
