COUNTY OF KERR X BE IT REMEMBERED that there was begun and holden on the 8th day
of July 1985, at 10:00 o'clock A. P4., in the City of Kerrville, Texas, a Regular Term of
Commissioners' Court, with the following officers present:

On this the 8th day of July 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by
Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved the P4inutes of Commissioners' Court of
Kerr County, Texas, of the Regular Meeting on June 10th, 1985, a Special Meeting June 20th,

1985 and a Special Emergency Meeting on June 25th, 1985, from pages 80 thru 92, Volume Q.

NO. 16144 APPROVAL OF COUNTY CLERK'S QUARTERLY REPORT ON TRUST FUND AND REPORT OF FINES
On this the 8th day of July 1985, came on to be considered by the Court the Quarterly
Report of all monies and fees collected by Patricia Dye, County Clerk, belonging to officers,
witnesses and other persons, remaining in her hands uncalled for by the parties entitled
thereto, for the period ending the 30th day of June 1985, and held on deposit in the County
Clerk's Trust Fund, in the amount of $55,127.59.
Also Quarterly Report of Fines Imposed, Jury and Library Fees, Judgments received and
collected in the County Court by the Clerk of said Court, in the amount of $20,116.60.
