satisfactory to the Court, as required by Article 5160, V.A.T.C.S. and Article 5159a, V.A,.T.C.S. ---
requiring that not less khan the general prevailing rates of per diem wages for work of
similar character in the locality where the work is performed shall be paid all laborers,
workmen and mechanics in the construction of public works.
ATTENTION OF BIDDERS is particularly called. to the requirements as to conditions of employ-
ment to be observed and minimum wage rates to be paid under the contract.
Bid bonds will be returned upon awarding of the bid and contract execution. No bid may be
withdrawn for 30 days after the time set for receipt of the proposals. The bidders will
notify their suppliers and subcontractors that this project is exempt from all City and State
sales taxes.
BIDDERS are expected to inspect the site of the work and to inform themselves of all local
conditions, and carefully examine the plans, specifications and other documents. Should a
bidder find discrepancies in, or omissions from, the plans, specifications or other documents,
or should he question their meaning, he should at once notify the Engineer and obtain clarifi-
cation prior to submitting any bid.
In case of ambiguity or lack of clarity in stating the contract price, the County reserves
the right to consider the most advantageous construction thereof.
In addition, the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County, Texas, reserves the right to waive any
informality in or to reject any and all bids.

County is entitled to make a nomination to fill said vacancy which will be filled by the
Board pursuant to applicable provisions of said Senate Bill No. 621, it is ordered on motion
by Commissioner Higgins, seconded by Commissioner Guthrie, with Commissioners Higgins, Lich

TEXAS AND ASKING THAT A TEMPORARY RESTRAINING ORDER BE ISSUED AGAINST THE TEXAS
COUNTY AND DISTRICT RETIREMENT SYSTEM AND JANIE BILL WOLFRUM
On this the 25th day of June 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Holland, it was unanimously approved by the Court that County Attorney Gary
E. Kersey be authorized to file a suit on behalf of Kerr County in the District Court of Kerr
County, Texas, against Janie Bill [VOlfrum, and asking that a temporary restraining order be
issued against the TEXAS COUNTY AND DISTRICT RETIREMENT SYSTEM and asking that a temporary
restraining order be issued against JANIE BILL WOLFRUM, to enjoin the Retirement System from
paying Janie Bill SVOlfrum, former Deputy District Clerk, her retirement benefits, pending her
trial for embezzlement, and restraining Janie Bill Wolfrum from receiving or spending those
retirement benefits.
It is further ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and County Auditor be
authorized to draw a voucher on the General Fund, to reimburse Gary E. Kersey an amount of
$35.00 for Sheriff's fees paid in advance and authorizing $50.00 paid by the County Treasurer,
also for Sheriff's fees.

amount of $60.00 for County Judge Gordon S. Morriss to attend a Texas College of Probate
Judges Conference to be held in Corpus Christi, Texas on July 25th and July 26th, 1985.
It is ordered by the Court that the County Auditor and County Treasurer be authorized to
draw a voucher on the General Fund in the amount of $60.00 for the registration fee, payable
to: TEXAS COLLEGE OF PROBATE JUDGES ASSOCIATION, out of the General Fund.
