Those persons submitting said applications shall be actively engaged in the practice of law in Kerr County for at least six months prior to the date of appointment, July 25th, 1985, must be a licensed attorney in this state who has been actively' engaged in the practice of law for at least two years prior to his appointment, and must reside in Kerr County during his term of office. In addition, the Judge, from the date of taking his oath of office, shall not engage in the practice of law. Each application shall be in writing and be accompanied by a resume. FOR PERSONNEL MANAGEP3ENT CONSULTING SERVICES FOR KERR COUNTY, TEXAS ~ On this the 20th day of June 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved acceptance of a Proposal by Ray Associates, Inc. for Personnel Management Consulting Services for Kerr County, Texas and to prepare a Kerr County Employee salary/job classification system, to be implemented by the 1985-86 County Budget deadline. It is ordered by the Court that County Judge Gordon S. Morriss be authorized to execute a contract on behalf of Kerr County with Ray Associates, Inc. It is further ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and County Auditor be authorized to make five (5) equal monthly payments in the amount of $4,260.00 each, payable to Ray Associates, Inc., payable out of the General Fund (Professional Services), upon receipt of invoices and in accordance with the proposed contract and approval by the Commis- sioners' Court.
