NO. 16126 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS
On this the 20th day of June 1985, came on to be considered by the Court, the various
claims and accounts against Kerr County and the various Commissioners' Precincts, which claims"
and accounts were approved for payment by the County Auditor and County Treasurer, payable

by the County Auditor and County Treasurer, payable out of General, Road and Bridge, Revenue
Sharing, Juvenile Services, Traffic Safety, Jury and 216th District Probation Funds.
Motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Higgins and unanimously
approved by the Court that said bills be paid.

DTO. 16127 APPROVAL OF THIRD QUARTERLY PAYMENT TO THE KERR CENTRAL APPRAISAL DISTRICT FOR
TAX APPRAISAL OFFICE EXPENSES FOR 1985
On this the 20th day of June 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved the third quarterly payment to the Kerr '
Central Appraisal District for tax appraisal office expenses for 1985, in the amount of
$23,320.78.
It is ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and County Auditor be authorized ".
to draw a voucher on the General Fund, payable to the Kerr Central Appraisal District, in
the above amount.

NO. 16128 APPROVAL OF EMPLOYMENT OF ORLENE RUTH KITZMAN AS AN ASSISTANT IN THE COUNTY
CLERK'S OFFICE, EFFECTIVE AS OF JULY 1st, 1985
On this the 20th day of June 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by
Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved the request of Patricia Dye, County
Clerk, for employment of ORLENE RUTH KITZMAN as an Assistant in the County Clerk's Office,
effective as of July 1st, 1985, at a salary of $840.00 per month (10,080.00 per annum),
payable out of General Fund.
(She will replace Peggy Kurfman, who resigned on June 10th, 1985).

NO. 16129 COUNTY JUDGE AUTHORIZED TO ISSUE NOTICE OF PUBLICATION FOR APPLICATIONS FOR THE
POSITION OF COUNTY COURT AT LAW JUDGE
On this the 20th day of June 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Higgins, it was unanimously approved by the Court that County Judge Gordon
