NO. 16121 APPROVAL OF LEASE AGREEMENT BETTi~IEEN THE CITY OF KERRVILLE, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION„ AND THE COUNTY OF KERR, TEXAS, HEREINAFTER COLLECTIVELY CALLED "LESSOR" AND S & S AVIATION, INC., A TEXAS CORPORATION On this the 10th day of June 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved an Airport Lease Agreement, between the CITY OF KERRVILLE, a Municipal Corporation, located in Kerr County, Texas, and the COUNTY OF KERR, TEXAS, hereinafter collectively called "Lessor", and S & S AVIATION, INC., a Texas Corporation, whose principal office is located in Kerrville, Kerr County, Texas, hereinafter called "Lessee", subject to the provision that the Lease shall be subject to Amendments to conform with regulations promulgated by the Federal Aviation Administration. It is further ordered by the Court that County Judge Gordon S. P4orriss be authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of Kerr County. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 16122 AUTHORIZATION FOR FINDING A CONSULTANT TO TAKE OVER KERR COUNTY EMPLOYEES' JOB DESCRIPTION CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM AND DEADLINE FOR DEPARTMENT HEADS TO SUBMIT EVALUATIONS TO THE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT On this the 10th day of June 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved that Bill Baskette, Administrative Assist- ant, be authorized to find a consultant or consultants for Court approval by June 20th, 1985, for the purpose of completing the Job Analysis Questionnaires on Kerr County Employees. It is further ordered by the Court that all department heads be notified to submit their Job Analysis Questionnaire on their employees and deliver the completed questionnaires to the P_dministrative Assistant in time for the Special Term of Commissioners' Court on June 20th, 1985, at 10:00 o'clock A. Motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Higgins and unanimously approved by the Court that said bills be paid. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 16127 APPROVAL OF THIRD QUARTERLY PAYMENT TO THE KERR CENTRAL APPRAISAL DISTRICT FOR TAX APPRAISAL OFFICE EXPENSES FOR 1985 On this the 20th day of June 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved the third quarterly payment to the Kerr 'f' Central Appraisal District for tax appraisal office expenses for 1985, in the amount of $23,320.78.
