Texas Council", and that the County Auditor and County Treasurer be authorized to draw a
voucher on the General Fund, payable to: BTC, P. 0. Box 2251, Austin, Texas 78768 for the
membership fee.

On this the 10th day of June 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by
Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved that Fred Holland, Commissioner of
Precinct No. One and Robert L. Brown, Deputy Sheriff of Kerr County, Texas, be authorized to
attend a seminar regarding Fair Labor Standards Act, to be held in Austin, Texas, June 18th,
1985.
(Registration fee is $35.00 per person, which has been paid Commissioner Holland and Sheriff ~--~
Greeson and these amounts will be reimbursed to them later).

N0. 16119 ORDER SETTING DATE FOR PUBLIC HEARING CONCERNING THE ADOPTION OF PROPOSED REVISIONS
OF THE EXISTING SUBDIVISION "RULES AND REGULATIONS" FOR KERR COUNTY, TEXAS
On this the 10th day of June 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved that the County Judge of Kerr County,
Texas be authorized to issue a notice of a public hearing concerning the Adoption of Proposed
Revisions of the Existing Subdivision "Rules and Regulations" for Kerr County, Texas, as
provided by Article 6626a Vernon's Texas Civil Statutes, which will be held on July 22nd,
1985 at 10:00 o'clock A. M., in the County Courtroom of the Kerr County Courthouse in Kerivill~,
Texas, and that any suggestions be directed to the Administrative Assistant, Bill Baskette, Jrw,
no later than July 15th, 1985, concerning proposed revisions.

NO. 16120 APPROVAL OF REPEAT OF TRACT 71 OUT OF THE CLEAR SPRINGS RANCH ESTATES SUBDIVISION
On this the 10th day of June 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by
Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved a REPEAT OF TRACT 71 OUT OF THE CLEAR
SPRINGS RANCH ESTATES SUBDIVISION, according to the plat recorded in Volume 3, Page 116, Plat
Records of Kerr County, Texas, comprising 5.84 acres of land.
Said subdivision is located in Kerr County Commissioner's Precinct One and that all
improvements that are to be made shall comply with the existing KERR COUNTY SUBDIVISION "RULES
AND REGULATIONS" that became effective January 1st, 1984 and amendments to the regulations
that were approved by the Kerr County Commissioners' Court on April 9th, 1984.
