FTHEREAS, VICTOR LICH was appointed to the Kerrville-Kerr County Public Safety Committee
on May 11, 1983, and has served continuously as a member of the Committee since''
that time; and
WHEREAS, VICTOR LICH served as Chairman of said Committee from June 11, 1984, through
May 20, 1985; and i
WHEREAS, VICTOR LICH completed his term of appointment on May 20, 1985; and
WHEREAS, We, the Kerrville City Council and Kerr County Commissioners' Court, wish to
publicly commend VICTOR LICH for giving his time and efforts on behalf of the
Public Safety Committee, as well as for the citizens of Kerrville and Kerr
County; Now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KERRVILLE ARID COMMISSIONERS' COURT OF
