as Secretary to the Bail Bond Board and as Secretary in the Sheriff's Office, due to the
completion of her probationary period, effective as of June 11th, 1985, payable as follows:
Acct. No. 10-565-105 - from $395.00 per month ($4,740.00 per annum) to $420.00!
per month ($5,040.00 per annum),
and
Acct. No. 10-560-105 - from $395.00 per month ($4,740.00 per annul to $420.00
per month ($5,040.00 per annum).

i NO. 16115 RESIGNATION OF PEGGY KURFMAN, DEPUTY COUNTY CLERK OF KERR COUNTY, TEXAS
On this the 10th day of June 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by
Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved that the resignation of Peggy Kurfman,
Deputy County Clerk of Kerr County, Texas, be ratified and confirmed, effective as of June
10th, 1985.

NO. 16116 RESOLUTION OF COMMENDATION
WHEREAS, VICTOR LICH was appointed to the Kerrville-Kerr County Public Safety Committee
on May 11, 1983, and has served continuously as a member of the Committee since
that time; and
WHEREAS, VICTOR LICH served as Chairman of said Committee from June 11, 1984, through
May 20, 1985; and
WHEREAS, VICTOR LICH completed his term of appointment on May 20, 1985; and
WHEREAS, We, the Kerrville City Council and Kerr County Commissioners' Court, wish to
publicly commend VICTOR LICH for giving his time and efforts on behalf of the
Public Safety Committee, as well as for the citizens of Kerrville and Kerr
County; Now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KERRVILLE AND COMMISSIONERS' COURT OF
KERR COUNTY, TEXAS:
THAT for the people of Kerrville and Kerr County, we express our sincere
appreciation to VICTOR LICH for services rendered while he was a member of the
Public Safety Committee.
