On this the 10th day of June 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Higgins, seconded
by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved the request of Sheriff Clifton A.
Greeson, for the purchase of one 1982 Dodge DiAlomat four-door sedan, VIN 2B3BG26NSCR142696,
from the Department of Public Safety in Austin, Texas, for use by the Kerr County Sheriff's
Department, in the amount of $3,750.00. ~I
It is ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and County Auditor be authorized to
draw a voucher on the General Fund in the above amount, payable to the Department of Public
Safety, upon availability of the vehicle and approval by Sheriff Greeson.

Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved an Agreement for Architectural Services,
between Kerr County and Schubert & Williams, Inc., for the new County Court at Law Courtroom
and offices and modification of the existing Tax Collector's Offices.
It is further ordered by the Court that the County Auditor and County Treasurer be
authorized to draw a voucher on the General Fund (Code No. 10-510-550), payable to SCHUBERT & '
WILLIAMS, INC. in the amount of $1932.53 for professional services and mileage.

1st, 1985, payable out of the General Fund and that her deputation be effective the date of her
qualification.
