On this the 10th day of June 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved the Minutes of Commissioners' Court
of Kerr County, Texas, of the Regular Meeting on May 13th, 1985, a Special Emergency Meeting on
May 14th, 1985 and a Special Meeting on May 23rd, 1985, from pages 61 thru 79, Volume Q. i

NO. 16102 MONTHLY REPORTS OF COUNTY AND PRECINCT OFFICERS APPROVED
On this the 10th day of June 1985, came on to be examined by the Court the various reportyj
of the County and Precinct Officials of Kerr County, Texas and having heard and considered by,
the Court, finds that said reports be accepted and filed with the County Clerk for future
reference and subiect to audit.

N0. 16103 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS
On this the 10th day of June 1985, came on to be considered by the Court, the various
claims and acccunts against Kerr County and the various Commissioners' Precincts, which clain5'
and accounts were approved for payment by the County Auditor and County Treasurer, payable
out of General, County Law Library, Kerr County Public; Library, Revenue Sharing Trust, Road.
& Bridge, Jurv, 216th District Probation, Juvenile Services, and Juvenile State Aid Funds.
Motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Holland and unanimously
approved by the Court that said bills be paid.

N0. 16104 APPROVAL OF KERR COUNTY 1985-1986 FISCAL YEAR BUDGET CALENDAR
On this the 10th day of June 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved the Kerr County 1985-1986 Fiscal Year
Budget Calendar.
