On this the 23rd day of D1ay 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by
Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved the request of John P. Hi11, Justice of
the Peace, Precinct 4, for purchase of an office chair in the amount of $114.00 and pad for
the Secretary's desk in the amount of $39.95 from Shamrock Office Supply.
It is ordered by the Court that the County Auditor and County Treasurer be authorized
to draw a voucher on the General Fund in the above amounts, payable to Shamrock Office Supply
upon approval by the Justice of the Peace, Precinct 4.

NO. 16096 APPROVAL OF SALARY INCREASE FOR CELESTE HOGUE, ASSISTANT COUNTY AUDITOR, FOR
PAYROLL PURPOSES
On this the 23rd day of May 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by
Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved a salary increase for Celeste Hogue,
Assistant County Auditor, for payroll purposes, effective as of May 15th, 1985, due to
completion of her probationary period, in the amount of $50.00 per month (from $9,480.00 per
annum to $10,080.00 per annum - from $790.00 per month to $840.00 per month), subject to
approval by the District Judges of the 198th and 216th Judicial Districts.
