Edwin P. Slater, Jr., Chief Deputy Sheriff and Law Enforcement Co-ordinator for Crime Stopper, r- and Rhonda Powell, Dispatcher-Jailer, to attend an advanced Crime Stoppers School in Arlingtory Texas, June 12th through June 14th, 1985.
