MORRISS TO WRITE LEGISLATORS CONCERNING SENATE BILL N0. 1446 .- On this the 13th day of May 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved a Resolution requesting County Judge Morriss to write Legislators regarding Senate Bill 1446, providing for Ordinance P4aking Authority in certain Counties. Such letter will be addressed to State Senators Bill Sims and John Traeger (Sen.
