Wherefore, the Court having canvassed and tabulated the returns of the above mentioned
j District, is of the opinion that said returns, after having been canvassed and tabulated in
Volume 7, Page 32, Record of Election Returns, and as certified by each member of the Commis-
I!' sinners' Court and upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Holland,,
the Court unanimously approved said returns.

SERVICES
On this the 13th day of May 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by
County Judge Morriss, the Court unanimously approved an amendment of the revised 1984-1985
' Budget for the 216th District Probation Services.

N0. 16076 RESOLUTION REQUESTING COUNTY JUDGE GORDON S. MORRISS TO WRITE LEGISLATORS
CONCERNING SENATE BILL N0. 1446
.- On this the 13th day of May 1985, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved a Resolution requesting County Judge
Morriss to write Legislators regarding Senate Bill 1446, providing for Ordinance P4aking
Authority in certain Counties. Such letter will be addressed to State Senators Bill Sims
and John Traeger (Sen. Intergovernmental Relations) and Representative Gerald Geistweidt,
urging passage of said bill this legislative session.

actions between Kerr County and Janie Wolfrum, former Deputy District Clerk, pending further
investigation by the District Attorney of the 198th Judicial District.
